वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन विभागाच्या अधिपत्याखालील तांत्रिक/अतांत्रिक/परिचर्या संवर्गातील रिक्त पदे निव्वळ तत्पुरत्या स्वरुपात बाह्यस्त्रोतामार्फत भरणेबाबत

वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन विभागाच्या अधिपत्याखालील तांत्रिक/अतांत्रिक/परिचर्या संवर्गातील रिक्त पदे निव्वळ तत्पुरत्या स्वरुपात बाह्यस्त्रोतामार्फत भरणेबाबत.

वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन विभागाच्या अधिपत्याखालील शासकीय वैद्यकीय/दंत/आयुर्वेद/ होमिओपॅथी महाविद्यालय व संलग्नित रुग्णालयांमधील नियमित वर्ग-३ (तांत्रिक/अतांत्रिक/परिचर्या) संवर्गातील रिक्त पदे सरळसेवेने, पदोन्नतीने भरेपर्यंत निव्वळ तत्पुरत्या स्वरुपात बाह्यस्त्रोतामार्फत उपलब्ध करुन घेणेबाबत.

उपरोक्त विषयी शासनाने दिनांक २७/०५/२०२५ अन्वये दिलेल्या आदेशाची प्रत सोबत जोडण्यात येत आहे. सदर आदेशानुसार शासकीय वैद्यकीय / दंत/आयुर्वेद / होमिओपॅथी महाविद्यालय व संलग्नित रुग्णालयांमधील वर्ग-३ तांत्रिक/अतांत्रिक/परिचर्या या संवर्गातील रिक्त पदे तात्पुरत्या स्वरुपात रुग्णालयातील दैनंदिन कामकाज सुरळीत रहावे याकरीता बाह्यस्त्रोतामार्फत उपलब्ध करण्यास मान्यता प्रदान केली आहे. सदर आदेशामध्ये शासनाने निर्धारित केलेल्या अटि व शर्तीचे पालन करुन, उक्त पदे केवळ नियमित पदभरती होईपर्यंत करावयाची आहे, याची सर्व अधिष्ठाता यांनी दक्षता घ्यावी. तसेच सदर मनुष्यबळाकरीता निर्गमित करावयाचे कार्यादेश शासन निर्णय दिनांक ०४/१०/२०२४ मध्ये (L-१) घोषित करण्यात आलेल्या सेवापुरवठादारास प्राधान्याने संस्थास्तरावर द्यावेत.

प्रस्तुत कामाकरीता होणारा खर्च १० कंत्राटी सेवा या उद्दिष्टातून करावयाचा असल्याने आवश्यकता भासल्यास निधी उपलब्धतेकरीता स्वतंत्र पुरवणी मागणीचा प्रस्ताव विहित नमुन्यात सादर करण्यात यावा.

Regarding making available the vacant posts in the regular Class-3 (Technical/Technical/Nursing) cadre in the Government Medical/Dental/Ayurveda/Homeopathy Colleges and affiliated hospitals under the auspices of the Department of Medical Education and Research on a purely temporary basis through external sources until they are filled by direct service or promotion.

A copy of the order issued by the Government in this regard dated 27/05/2025 is being enclosed. As per the said order, approval has been given to make the vacant posts in the Class-3 Technical/Technical/Nursing cadre in the Government Medical/Dental/Ayurveda/Homeopathy Colleges and affiliated hospitals available through external sources on a temporary basis so that the daily operations of the hospital remain smooth. All the Deans should ensure that the said posts are to be filled only till the regular posts are filled, in compliance with the terms and conditions prescribed by the Government in the said order. Also, the work orders to be issued for the said manpower should be given at the institutional level on priority to the service provider declared in the Government Decision dated 04/10/2024 (L-1).

Since the expenditure for the present work is to be met from the objective of 10 contractual services, if necessary, a separate supplementary demand proposal should be submitted in the prescribed format for the availability of funds.
