How to Use
- Sit in a comfortable upright posture (Sukhasana).
- Rest hands on knees in Gyan Mudra.
- Press Start.
- Exhale sharply when the circle shrinks (and clicks). Pull navel in.
- Let the inhalation happen passively as the circle expands.
⚠️ Contraindications: Do not practice if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions, hernia, epilepsy, or recent abdominal surgery. Avoid during menstruation. Practice on an empty stomach.
