Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath) focuses on active exhalation and passive inhalation.

How to Use

  1. Sit in a comfortable upright posture (Sukhasana).
  2. Rest hands on knees in Gyan Mudra.
  3. Press Start.
  4. Exhale sharply when the circle shrinks (and clicks). Pull navel in.
  5. Let the inhalation happen passively as the circle expands.
⚠️ Contraindications: Do not practice if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions, hernia, epilepsy, or recent abdominal surgery. Avoid during menstruation. Practice on an empty stomach.
