| Master in Optometry / Ophthalmic Technology | 18 years of academic or practical experience |
| B.Sc. in Ophthalmic Technology / Optometry | 20 years of academic or practical experience |
| Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology | 25 years of academic or practical experience |
| Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant | 25 years of experience |
| Ph.D. in any of the above subjects | 15 years of academic or practical experience |
