What is Stocker's line in eye ?

Stocker's line

Stocker's line is a brownish iron deposition which may be seen at the advancing edge of the pterygium. There remain still largely unknowns including the mechanism of iron deposition and the incidence of Stocker's line.

A Stocker line forms when the pterygium is stable; i.e., it indicates a lack of growth.
